Paul Taylor Dance Foundation Paul Taylor Dance Foundation: Chief Development Officer from 2016 to 2019, secured first $5 million donor gift to support Lincoln Center Paul Taylor American Modern Dance seasons from 2018 through 2023.


League of Professional Theatre Women League of Professional Theatre Women: As Co- President of The League of Professional Theatre Women and previously on its Board, secured significant funding to expand the general operations of the organization including the hiring of an Administrator to facilitate activities. This advocacy group represents the interests of women to advance their economic opportunities in their various theatrical professions. Continue to serve in volunteer capacity on its Development Committee.


The Lillys The Lillys (The Lilly Awards): secured first funding of the organization which gives awards to theatre artists who are also women of color, LGBTQ or handicapped individuals overlooked by other groups.


The New York Women's Foundation The New York Women’s Foundation: is a voice for women and a force for change. They are a cross-cultural alliance of women catalyzing partnerships and leveraging human and financial capital to achieve sustained economic security and justice for women and girls. With fierce determination, they mobilize hearts, minds and resources to create an equitable and just future for women, families and communities in New York City. (2010 - Present)


Arena Stage Arena Stage: Provided a new development structure including significant changes and additions in staffing; also, a reconfiguration of the Board committees involved with both annual and capital fundraising. (2009)


Children's Defense Fund The Children’s Defense Fund: Upgraded and put in place new development office systems:  database review and management, direct mail with online giving expansion, hi-profile fundraising events, communications with state offices, liaison with program staff and development, as well as other resources and opportunities to increase giving and meet annual goals of a $35 million operation. (2006-2008)


Columbia Law School Columbia Law School at Columbia University: Initiated and managed a leadership giving program that helped complete the first CLS Capital Campaign, finalized in 1999. This included a major commitment to name the Columbia Law Library; the initiation of Telecommunications programming; a new professorship and operations funding for the Kernochan Center for Law and the Arts; and, expansion funding and a professorship for the Human Rights Center at the Law School.  (1994-2000).


NCCP National Center for Children in Poverty National Center for Children in Poverty (NCCP): Provide development counsel dedicated to encourage and establish increased non-restricted giving to this research think tank focused on children and families in poverty at the Mailman School at Columbia University.


Girl Scouts of the USA Girl Scouts of the USA: Built national fundraising operation with a 17 member staff in all areas of development from the ground up; previously, only local councils had been actively involved in fundraising outreach with technical assistance provided by the national organization. Innovative outreach and strategies resulted in new corporate giving base which fueled tremendous growth in program development for girls, particularly from middle school through high school ages, the targeted membership growth area of that period. (2001-2006)


Guild Hall Guild Hall: Created major fundraising event to honor Cy Coleman, Lanford Wilson, and Comden and Green, hosted by Peter Stone and held at the Plaza Hotel ballroom in December 2000. Initiated summer fundraiser for Guild Hall, with first event held at home of De Kooning, hosted by his daughter, August 2000.


York Theatre Company York Theatre: Worked with leaders at York to plan for future potential of theater at death of founder, Janet Walker in 1997; served since then as a resource for fundraising ideas and recommendations, including leads for government sources of funding and benefit ideas.


NYU Polytechnic Institute of NYU Polytechnic University (now part of NYU): Development office re-aligned and re-structured to accommodate more modern approach: funding systems revitalized including annual fund, major gift research, alumni development committee, elimination of mainframe computer dependence by instituting use of Raisers’ Edge on Novell network, and groundwork to finalize $2.5 million from David Packard, largest general operating commitment in school’s history.  (1992-1994)


The Friends of Todai, Inc. (Tokyo University) The Friends of Todai, Inc. (Tokyo University): Advised founder of this non-profit which serves the alumni of Tokyo University in the United States as to what structure might work best for organizing alumni of this prestigious institution in the context of fundraising and program development. Subsequently, a most impressive and effective staff person was hired to lead the group and they have made significant progress in the past year, both in convincing the university to support efforts and in their outreach directly to the alumni.
